App Screens
Creating a new sub brand underneath the existing Launchpad gave us an opportunity to edit the app screens of the current Launchpad experience. My role was to update new launch screens to integrate Reading Academy into the Launchpad tablet and update the Choose Your Character screens.
Insert Packaging
Launchpad Reading Academy is a circulation product within libraries. The packaging of the product is an important aspect of the brand design since a majority of our patrons discover our products through browsing. We wanted to create packaging that looks like a premium, educational collection on library shelves. Our insert has a bright purple and orange gradient, with a gold seal signifying the collection on both front and spine of the package to reflect the tone.
Web presence
Adding a sub brand to Launchpad meant updating Playaway’s marketing sites. We updated the sites to ensure Reading Academy is a main sub brand, but does not overshadow the Launchpad product itself.
